The dawn fever won another prize
Péter Gárdos's Dawn Fever has won the 8th Prix D'Wou European Prize, Libri Publishing Publisher told MTI on Monday. International recognition is awarded to the jury of French, English and German libraries and media. Of the six books that came to the second round this year, the dawn fever received more than half of the vote. In the forefront, Péter Gárdos's work competed with works such as Milan Kundera's novel, the celebration of insignificance, Ian Mcewan's new work The Children's Law or Paolo Giordano's new book by the author of the prime numbers, silver and black. The prize will be received by the author in France in the fall. In addition, Péter Gárdos will be a fall guest at the European Writer's Tour in British Library in London. The event is organized each year by EUNIC (European Union National Institutes for Culture), partly by The Royal Society of Literature and the European Commission.
