At Business Radar, we build software that helps companies better understand who they work with and why that matters. We are a small team based in Amsterdam, working at the intersection of technology, data, and research, with a shared focus on responsible decision-making.
Our work is used by teams dealing with risk, compliance, and responsibility in their daily work. What brings us together is not just what we build, but how we think about impact, context, and making careful decisions in complex situations.

How it feels to work here
Working at Business Radar is built on trust and responsibility. People are given the space to own their role, make decisions, and try things out. Input is valued, ideas are discussed openly, and creativity is welcome.
We are still growing, which means not everything is fully structured yet. Processes continue to evolve, and that can sometimes feel a bit chaotic. At the same time, it creates room to learn quickly, take responsibility early, and actively shape how we work as a team. Being a self-starter helps, as does being comfortable with direct feedback.
We usually work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, and combine that with working from home on other days. Being together matters to us, not as a strict rule, but because collaboration is easier when you regularly share the same space.
Life at Business Radar
We value balance and spending time together. We have lunch as a team, rely heavily on caffeine, and play padel on Wednesdays.
Throughout the year, we also make time for shared experiences beyond day-to-day work. These include team activities like workshops by the beach, games room outings, and celebrating milestones together, such as a Christmas dinner with games. We believe these moments are part of what makes working together enjoyable and sustainable.
