Business & Customer Success Associate (SaaS)

Business Radar is a fast-growing SaaS company based in Amsterdam. We help organisations monitor adverse media and manage risk more efficiently by combining global data with smart technology.
We’re looking for a Business & Customer Success Associate to support our customers during onboarding, training, and day-to-day usage of our platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, is curious about technology, and wants to learn how a B2B software company operates in practice.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will work closely with our customers, from operational users to team leads, and help them get value from Business Radar as quickly and smoothly as possible.
You will:

Support the onboarding of new users, guiding them through the platform step by step

Help ensure smooth implementations so customers can start using Business Radar with confidence

Organise and run training sessions for new users and refresher trainings for existing customers

Support customer check-ins and review moments by preparing usage insights and follow-up actions

Track how customers use the platform and spot where users may need extra guidance or support

Collect customer questions and feedback, summarise them clearly, and share them with internal teams

Help maintain and improve our customer knowledge base (help articles, guides, FAQs)

Support the execution of annual customer surveys

Provide high-quality customer support via chat and email (low volume, high quality)

Be willing to travel occasionally to customers for meetings or events
You will not be expected to do everything alone from day one. You will be supported by our team members across different functions.
What you will learn in this role
You do not need prior experience in risk management or compliance. We will teach you the basics.

Requirements

Dutch, minimum B2, and professional English

1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
This can include customer support, hospitality, retail, sales, internships, or similar roles involving direct customer interaction -
You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable explaining complex topics clearly

You are structured, proactive, and take ownership of your work

You are interested in technology, SaaS, and AI, and you learn new tools quickly

You are based in the Netherlands and able to work from our Amsterdam office at least two days per week

You feel comfortable traveling independently for customer meetings or events when needed

Experience working with B2B tools such as CRM systems, dashboards, or support platforms
