ICT group CGI drops name Logica
From January 14, 2013, Logica will operate under the name of parent company CGI. The Canadian ICT group took over Logica in August 2012. With the acquisition of the ICT service provider, CGI doubled in size and geographical scope. The combined company has 72,000 employees in more than forty countries and achieves an annual turnover of 10 billion Canadian dollars (8.5 billion euros).
