Apogee buys CityDocs
Jason Collins, Apogee joint CEO Digital document services provider, CityDocs, has been acquired by Apogee Corporation. This is the third acquisition by Apogee since it secured a significant investment from private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe in September. London-based CityDocs offers reprographic and legal document services, and office and production print technology. It also has a wide format print division, Willow Graphics.
