The insolvency administrator of the Liberty Ostrava smelter, Šimon Peták, recognizes creditors' claims for approximately 7.4 billion crowns. This is approximately one third of the claims that the creditors of the bankrupt company originally reported. This emerged from today's review hearing at the Regional Court in Ostrava.
