The English Court has commissioned Santander for the sale of a Supercor store package within the framework of a chain restructuring process, as confirmed by different sources to Eleconomista. The operation adds to the divestment plan launched by the group, after the transfer of the majority of its insurance subsidiary to Mutua, the sale last year of computer science El Corte Inglés to the French group GFI or real estate assets for 3,000 million euros.
