Reebok, from Adidas, does joint venture with volcabras -
Adidas announced on Tuesday that it has increased its forecasting reebok sales growth and closed an alliance of the brand with Vulcabras. Join -venture should start selling Reebok's footwear, clothing and accessories in Brazil and Paraguay in April, encouraging Adidas to raise its sales growth forecast in the region from up to half a percentage point to a percentage point. Joint venture's financial results will be consolidated within the Adidas Group from 1st April, reported the second largest sports group in the world, adding that all group performance forecasts released on March 5 remain unchanged. Since 1992, Vulcabras had been the exclusive and licensed distributor of Reebok Products in Brazil and Paraguay and the Brazilian manufacturer will continue to provide Reebok products for joint venture.
