NTT Data Group is scheduled to begin meetings with major investors soon in preparation for the initial public offering (IPO) of its real estate investment trust (REIT), which is scheduled to be listed in Singapore. A person familiar with the situation revealed this. Meetings with Cornerstone investors are expected to begin within one to two weeks, according to one of the officials. The size of the IPO could be up to USD 650 million (approximately 94.5 billion yen), but that figure could change. By securing Cornerstone investors prior to the IPO, recruiting more effectively for institutional and individual investors. This is especially important during times of high market fluctuations. In a statement to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on the 12th, NTT Data Group said it aims to bring REIT publicly to the public "during the fiscal year ending March 2026."
