UBS Warburg is upgrading its rating on Xerox Corp. to a 'buy' from 'hold' telling clients it expects the weaker dollar and some competitor delays to boost margins for the imaging company. Xerox posted an unexpected profit in the second quarter. Shares jumped almost 16 percent.
