With a new ERP system into the future: Wilken and Bitmarck, GKV are putting on P/5 platform:
The changeover of the statutory health insurance companies from the Bitmarck community to the new ERP platform P/5 from Wilken is progressing quickly. It was only in June that the two companies had announced the continuation of their partnership that had been successful since 2005 and the associated change from the CS/2 system to P/5. As of now, over 59 of the almost 79 affected health insurance companies are already productive on the new system. In addition to a newly designed, intuitive user interface, this convinces with a revised backend and new functionalities. Among other things, approval workflows for the input accounting management can now be set up and with the P/5 installer, the technical administration of the software is simplified.
