Customer Success Manager
Amsterdam | Full-time | Hybrid
Business Radar is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting customers who use Business Radar to monitor adverse media and manage risk more efficiently.
You will work closely with our users, from operational analysts to management stakeholders, to ensure they get the most value from our platform. You’ll also be a key voice internally by translating user behaviour and customer feedback into structured insights that help improve the product and customer experience.
This role includes customer training, relationship management, support, and regular in-person contact. You’ll be based in Amsterdam and expected to join the office at least 2 days per week. Occasional travel is part of the job, and you should feel comfortable traveling independently.
Responsibilities

Onboard new clients, guide them through the platform, and ensure successful implementation

Organise and run training sessions (new users + refreshers)

Plan and lead review sessions with customer management to evaluate usage, needs, and next steps

Analyse user behaviour and product usage to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for improvement

Act as a customer advocate, turning feedback and needs into actionable input for our internal teams

Maintain and improve our customer-facing knowledge base

Coordinate the execution of annual customer surveys (with support from Marketing if needed)

Provide support and troubleshooting via chat and email (low volume, high quality)

Requirements
Must-have
-
Dutch (minimum B2) and professional English

2–3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Support, Consultancy, etc.)

Strong organisational skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently

Interest in technology, SaaS, and AI, with the ability to learn quickly and explain clearly

Based in Amsterdam (or able to commute) and available to work from the office 2 days/week

Comfortable with independent travel for customer meetings/events

Background or strong interest in finance, risk management, or compliance

Additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.)

Experience working with B2B software platforms and/or enterprise customers
