Damen delivers fisheries research vessel to Angola
The Dutch industrialist handed over a research vessel called Baía Farta to the Angolan Ministry of Fisheries. Built at the Damen shipyard in Galati, Romania, this FRV 7417 type boat is 74 meters long. It was ordered in July 2016 and launched in November 2017. It will remain in Galati until November, when it will sail for Angola, where final delivery will take place. This West African country has significant fish reserves.

Damen sells fisheries research vessel to Angola
The Angolan Ministry of Fisheries has placed an order with the Dutch manufacturer Damen for a fisheries research vessel. Adopting a design developed by Skipsteknisk, this 74 meter long boat will be able to reach a speed of 13 knots.
