Paris, April 29, 2025 - If 9 out of 10 business leaders believe that training is essential in a director's life, 62% declare that they have undergone any training in the past two years. At a time when environmental, technological and economic upheavals are multiplying, it is however more than ever necessary for managers to apprehend the potential impacts of these transitions, positive and negative, on their business. In order to complete its training offer intended for managers and best meet their needs, Bpifrance University thus conducted an investigation alongside IFOP with 515 SME and ETI managers aimed at better determining their expectations and priorities.
